Small Capacity Rice Mill (SCRM)'s human energy is still rewarded with cheap (primary) services. PPPKK operations have not utilized energy optimization in accordance with engine standard specifications. The risk of inefficient energy always occurs. The research methodology used was purposive sampling on a sample of three (SCRM) with a load of 0.60 - 0.99 tons/hour with three sampling repetitions. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the average of SCRM load capacity (4,539.33 kg/day), the average of SCRM  fuel requirement (13.97 liters/hour), the average of SCRM milling time (5.91 hours/day) and the average of SCRM rice milling (324.95 kg/liter).  Keywords: fuel requirements, load capacity, milling time, rice milling, Small Capacity Rice                    Mill (SCRM)
