Quality Assurance is a process of determining and fulfilling management standards consistently and continuously, so that consumers, producers, and other interested parties obtain satisfaction. All activities to carry out quality assurance in a university based on applicable laws and regulations is Quality Assurance Institution's duties. One of it is to carried out for project achievement and quality objectives from Work Programs and Quality Goals that has been generate. In the implementation of the project achievement process and quality objectives, it has been carried out computerized using the Microsoft Office Excel system, although the management has been quite good, there are still some obstacles, namely when there is a change in the work program schedule and there is no notification of file collection so that there are often delays in collecting files. The solution to the problems at XYZ College in achieving work programs and quality targets will be built an integrated system with an online system and in data management will use a database with the CodeIgniter framework. The system that has been built has been tested with an average result of 77% with a feasibility status of "Good"
