Abstract

De Potlood's tutoring, which has only been established for 3 years, provides services in terms of education for elementary to high school students to meet additional learning needs outside of school hours. Tutoring guidance will usually be carried out face-to-face (offline) according to the schedule chosen by the student. By carrying out the additional exams given, De Potlood's tutoring still uses paper media as a tool for doing exams, which then the test results will be assessed manually by the teacher and returned to the students. When the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, learning activities were carried out online using google form as a medium to answer the given exam questions, then the learning materials and videos would be uploaded via the WhatsApp group. Based on the ongoing process, there are obstacles, namely the teacher cannot know whether students will download the material and videos that have been shared, and the teacher needs to manually recapitulate the results of student examination. So a learning media system was made for this tutorial. With this new system, it is hoped that it can help teachers and students in more effective learning activities, so that teachers can upload learning materials and videos more easily.
