ABSTRACT

This study aims to test the effect of work stress and employee work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN the Tarahan Plant Implementing Unit. Object this research is an employee at PT. PLN Tarahan Plant Implementing Unit, Non-Technical section totaling 50 employees. This research uses a type of quantitative research and using multiple regression analysis tools, F test and T test.
