This study focuses on the Narsissistic disorder of one of the main characters named Madison Parker. The researcher decided to reveal how novel portrayed the existence of certain disorder. Narsissistic personality disorder or usually known as NPD refers to a disorder where the sufferer have an inflated sense of self-importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relathionship, and lack of empathy for others. To reveal its existence in novel, the researcher has chosen one novel entitled Starstruck that was written by lauren conrad. In this research, the researcher use descriptive qualitative method.
