Dangdut is one of the higly demand music genre among Indonesian. It makes some competions held annually to produce new dangdut mucisians. Dangdut’s not only aired in the television. Another medias such as radio and Youtube are also airing it. Unfortunately in some dangdut song lyrics, the writer suspected that there are Patriarchy system that might be able to influence the hearer thought. Especially in lyrics that have or mention flower on it to describe women. In this research, the writer wants to find out the componential meaning analysis of the word “bunga” (Flower) based on the dangdut song lyrics, what are the associative meanings of the word “bunga” related to the women and how it constructs Patriachy point of view. The grand theory used is componential meaning analysis. The method is descriptive qualitative with scrutinize and write technique. The data limited to 10 dangdut songs chosen based on the theme that’s offending or telling about the flower. From this research, the writer found that denotatively, the meaning of flower based on (“Arti Kata Model- Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia,” 2012) is part of the plant that’s going to be the fruit, it’s usually beautiful and smells good. Yet, when it associated to the women, we can conclude that women considered as passive creature which the beauty can be enjoyed as men pleasure. But when its beauty explored by the men, women will be meaningless.
