This study aims to produce an Integrated Science learning module integrated science in Islam on solar system material, and to determine the feasibility of an Integrated Science learning module integrated Science in Islam on the material of the Solar System. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). Efforts to integrate science in Islam in Integrated Science learning are one of the efforts to realize the objectives of Integrated Science learning so that students echo and have faith in the creator and minimize the silting of students' faith. The development model used in this research is the 4-D development model (Four-D Models). The types of data obtained in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data were obtained from suggestions for product improvements by material experts and media experts. Meanwhile, quantitative data were obtained from the results of the feasibility study module questionnaire. The results of product research according to the material expert were in the "feasible" category with a mean score of 3.15. Meanwhile, the results of the assessment according to the media expert were in the "feasible" category with a mean score of 3.30.
