By using this method, the design of e-learning applications can make it easier for users to apply online learning. This study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods with data collection techniques conducted by interviews, and documentation to teachers or educational institutions to find the problems faced so that e-learning can be developed which prioritizes the comfort of its users. This research is also expected to find alternative solutions to the problems faced by educators in the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
