Speaking is very importance for students at Indonesia Skills Institute Pringsewu (ISI) while the students trainning or work  in hotel on aboard so, as English Instructure many efforts to make the students to speak English with well especially in speaking. In speaking class the instructure using some of techniques and strategy to make students can improve thier speaking the ones is Spontanius Strategy.  This paper discusse the teaching strategy in teaching speaking by using spontaneous as the effort to make students improve speak english. More details the paper presents how teaching speaking and advantage and disadvantage using spontaneous strategy on teaching speaking. By using Spontaneous strategy can be used to make the students are enjoy on speaking class, happy, got new vocabulary, exciting and intersting and also makes the students are confidance in speak english.
