This study was carried out to describe the kinds of get collocation and the meaning of collocation produced in novel “Divergent” by Veronica Roth. The main reason why collocation was interesting to be discussed was because in this novel there are many collocations of the word get that was used and their meaning could lead to multi-interpretation. This collocation analysis applied the theory from Benson and Ilson (1986). This study is descriptive qualitative research because the data were in the form of words.  The researcher proposed two questions which were “what types of get collocation that frequently used?” and “what meanings of collocations produced from those collocations in a sentence?”. The result of this research showed that there are many collocations found in the novel “Divergent” by Veronica Roth. There were 314 collocations, divided into grammatical collocations (233 collocations) and lexical collocations (81 collocations). There were 5 the most frequent collocates; up, in, on, off and out and those collocations have more than one meaning produced. Some can change their lexical meaning to their contextual meaning, some were not.
