Abstract
Online learning is one of the solution for conducting teaching and learning in this situation. Conducting online learning needs the good preparation such as internet connection, material, classroom management, and corporation between teacher and students. This research tries to analysis the interactive classroom management based on teacher’s experiences. This research uses qualitative research methodology to describe what the teachers do to prepare their classroom. The participant used for this research is one lecturer of English Language Education Study Program at Lambung Mangkurat University who has gotten best performance predicate based on students’ annual survey in university’s learning management system called SIMARI. Best lecturer gets mostly more than 90% satisfied rated in SIMARI. The instruments used in this research are interviews and observation sheets. The researchers ask the lecture about the process of teaching and learning in her class, tips and trick to prepare good classroom management during Covid-19 and how the teacher manages her classroom during Covid-19.
