Independent Campus is a new breakthrough in a learning system that focuses on students in the university. The learning system of Independent Campus provides opportunities for students to develop creativity, innovation and personality required by the demands of the globalization era. Therefore, all components of higher education have an active role in supporting the success of the Independent Campus program, including college libraries. The purpose of this research is to determine the college library strategy in supporting the Independent Campus program. The method used in this research is literature study. The form of the learning system in the Kampus Merdeka program is based on experience, so that from this experience students can collaborate between knowledge, values ​​and learning skills in creating innovation. In this case the college library has a role as a central component of learning resources in higher education to support the process of independent campus learning activities. Therefore, college libraries form a strategy in supporting the implementation of an Independent Campus program learning system.
