Language is not only the transformation of individual sounds into symbols, but also everything meaningful that can be expressed. Linguistics, on the other hand, is the domination of languages in an academic way by considering every meaningful element that can be expressed in a scientific dimension. Astrolinguistics is a discipline of linguistics, which was created on the basis of Chomsky's "Universal Grammar" theory, and tries to reveal new languages as a universal and interstellar communication model.

In this study, whether a symbolic language can be created on a universal scope in the light of Astrolinguistics  while interpreting the symbols belonging to the science of Tarology was investigated.

Within that aim, the difference in the meaning of the Tarot cards due to the gender symbols on them, the change in the concept of the cards resulting from the gender of interpreter, and the relationship between Tarot cards and Astrology were examined.

The large antennas set up to collect the messages transmitted by the extraterrestrials that emerge in the CETI-SETI studies conducted by NASA are intended to lead an interstellar communication system. In this study, we argue that it is possible to bring the science of Tarology to a universal and interstellar communication system, and the necessary data and symbols, text, etc. in the universe. We have advocated the idea that everything that can be read and interpreted in the form of can be dealt with on a universal scale.
